The little big thing we all should not do
Damages us and others too
Both slip of the tongue
Or intentional ruse
The little big sword cuts its abuse
The little big cruelty stabs deep and long
The cutting edge slashing relationships strong
Why do we do it.
Bring shame on our kind
Communication stunted numbing the mind
The little big consequence of deepening doubt
Bring life long confusion and no way out
For once it’s been told the little big thing
Wreaks havoc and chaos with no wavering
The little big blades plough barbed bitter furrows
People and nations now afflicted with sorrows
Deepening treachery with no end in sight
Weighing us down in the mires of plight
Thus little big things not so little or small
Are powerful, destructive trapping us all.
